Flyt Creative (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates flytcreative.com. This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

Who we are

Flyt Creative is a digital marketing agency based in Murrells Inlet, South Carolina. We provide search engine optimisation, web design, paid advertising, reputation management and marketing automation services to businesses.

Information you give us

We collect information you enter yourself, including:

• Contact forms. Your name, email address, phone number, business name, and anything you write in the message field.
• Free visibility scorecard and audit requests. Your name, email address, business name and website address.
• Email and phone enquiries. Whatever you choose to tell us when you get in touch.
• Client onboarding. If you become a client, we collect the business details needed to do the work: billing contact, access credentials for platforms you ask us to manage, and business information such as your address, hours and services.

You do not have to give us any of this. But we cannot respond to an enquiry or deliver a service without the information needed to do it.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the site, some information is collected automatically:

• Your IP address and rough geographic location
• Browser and device type
• Pages you visited, how long you stayed, and the link or search that brought you here
• Date and time of your visit

This is standard web analytics. We use it to understand which pages are useful and where people leave, not to identify you personally.

Cookies and tracking

The site uses cookies and similar technologies. The main ones are:

• Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager. Measures site traffic and behaviour. Google may set cookies to distinguish returning visitors. See Google’s privacy policy.
• LinkedIn Insight Tag. Measures whether visitors arrived from LinkedIn and allows us to advertise to people who have visited the site. See LinkedIn’s privacy policy.
• Google reCAPTCHA. Protects our forms from automated spam. Google collects hardware and software information to tell people from bots.
• GoHighLevel / LeadConnector. Powers our contact forms, booking and CRM. Records form submissions and the conversations that follow.
• Essential cookies. Keep the site working — page layout, security, and remembering that you dismissed a notice.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Essential cookies are needed for the site to function correctly, so blocking them may break parts of it.

We do not currently display a cookie consent banner. If you are visiting from a region that requires one, contact us and we will honour your preference directly.

Text messages

If you give us your phone number and agree to be contacted, we may send you text messages about your enquiry, your project, or an appointment.

• We only text you if you have given us your number and agreed to be contacted.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages. Reply HELP for help.
• We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for their own marketing.

If you call us and we miss the call, our system may send you an automatic text so you can reply without waiting on hold. You can opt out of that the same way, by replying STOP.

How we use your information

We use what we collect to:

• Reply to your enquiry and provide the information you asked for
• Prepare proposals and quotes
• Deliver the services you have hired us for
• Send invoices and manage payments
• Send you marketing emails, if you asked for them or are an existing client
• Improve the website and understand what our visitors find useful
• Keep the site secure and prevent spam and fraud
• Meet our legal and accounting obligations

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We do not trade or rent it.

We share information with service providers who help us run the business, and only as far as they need it to do their job:

• Hosting and infrastructure providers who keep the website running
• Google, for analytics and spam protection
• GoHighLevel, for CRM, forms, booking and messaging
• Email and marketing platforms we use to send messages you have asked for
• Payment and accounting providers, for invoicing
• Advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta and LinkedIn, where we run campaigns

We may also disclose information if we are legally required to, or if we need to protect our rights, safety, or property.

If you are a client and we manage platforms on your behalf, we access those accounts only to do the work you have asked for.

How long we keep it

• Enquiries that do not become clients: up to 2 years, then deleted.
• Client records: for the length of the engagement and 7 years afterwards, to meet accounting and tax requirements.
• Marketing email lists: until you unsubscribe.
• Website analytics: according to the retention period set in Google Analytics.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

• Tell you what personal information we hold about you
• Correct anything that is wrong
• Delete your information, where we are not required to keep it
• Stop sending you marketing
• Provide a copy of the information you gave us

Email whitney@flytcreative.com and we will respond within 30 days. We will not charge you for this, and we will not treat you differently for asking.

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to ask us to delete it, and to opt out of its sale. We do not sell personal information.

Security

We use industry-standard measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections and access controls on the systems we use. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take it seriously and we act quickly if something goes wrong.

Children

The site is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Links to other sites

Our site links to other websites, including client sites and social media profiles. We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Read their policies before giving them your information.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. When we do, we will change the effective date at the top. If the change is significant, we will say so on the site.
