How to Test Your Current AI Search Visibility

Before working through the checklist, test your current visibility by asking these questions in ChatGPT (with browsing enabled), Perplexity, and Google:

• FAQ answers are 2 to 4 sentences, direct, and complete
• FAQ questions include your city and service type where natural
• FAQ questions cover: pricing, timeline, what to expect, service area, why choose you

Section 4: Review Profile

• Business has at least 25 Google reviews
• Average Google rating is 4.5 stars or higher
• At least 5 reviews have been received in the last 30 days
• Owner responds to reviews consistently (within 48 hours)
• Reviews mention specific services and the city

Section 5: Content Signals

• Website has a blog with at least 3 published posts
• At least one blog post targets a specific local question
• Blog posts are at least 800 words and provide genuinely helpful information
• At least one blog post has been published in the last 30 days
